well symtoms are

will start and run but will rev real high then drop till it stalls if u can manage to get fuel to the carb

no fuel getting to the clear fuel filter thats located between the black return pipe thing to the carb.

there is fuel to the pump and a little bit after ...

all the rubber fuel hose is new, could it be the silicon hose's that run through the chassis leg?

if the carb is lose or could have a leak at the base could this cause the problem of why the pump cant create enough pressure to draw fuel into the carb?
