Seen this a few times, usualy its because there is loads of paint in the splines, Always remember to check the plate fits the imput shaft BEFORE you are trying to wre...

I have ben involved in fitting superchargers to a ford v6 and zetecs, but these have been eaton style positive displacement chargers. They have all suffered with belt problems to some extent. Centrifugal blowers dont seem to be as fussy though. I went the 440 turbo route, which I think was probably ...

The spigot bore on the wheels you have is proberbly too small, some of the vauxhall rims have a very small centrebore which hangs up on the hub just before the wheel sits flush on the hub.

Not all cars have a centre location for the wheel, although its not that common, actualy more common on light commecials for some reason. The way I understand it the weight of the car is supported by the clamping load of the bolts holding the wheel to the hub, and the spigot is there partly as a han...

Classic swede    You melted a down pipe ???????? you seriously need to check exhaust gas temps, dont get above 1k c, or bad things happen, if things get that hot you are at a minimum sacrificing a good chunk of power somewere at a minimum and at worst runnning a very real risk o...

MJ is mind reader beware!

Freaky, my one and only speeding fine was by a mobile unit set up behind a hedge, right on the change form a 60 to a 30, just as you go through the village, before you turn right down the lanes to get to santapod. I know it well and I have a very nice picture of the back of my car, brake lights on, ...

Adam, the management from a clio is not nice to work with, a few people I know have played with it and not had particularly stunning results, although they do respoud well to raising the rev limmit. dont go mad though, and best not to delete it entirely, it will only take one missed gear to put the ...
