true this.. Ive had cracked water channels before though, so to me, if a core plugs a-poppin, maybe theres a fracture somewhere.. then again, they move to prevent a crack. Think i might investigate.. chances are the blokes sold it now anyway -.- Thanks for replyin guys. Hopefully soon I'll actually ...

I havent spoken to the bloke yet, but theres a 340 on gumtree im thinking about getting.. but he says the head has a leaking core plug.. would this be an avoid? Anytime ive had a core plug problem in fords iv just changed the whole engine. Any helps? Cheers
