Probably those taillight are also worthwhile removing. Because some people like the setting of those lights, al the same size and next to each other. They also fit on cars with newer tailights from say 1986 up to 1991.

That is right, you can not pull the headrest just out. I know this because I changed the seat material from a front seat of a 5 doors car to a 3 doors car. The headrests are hold in place by two plastic clips. In the tubes of the methal legs of the head rests are two holes near the end of the tubrd....

I measered my Volvo 340 DL, vario, 3 doors, from 1986 and the hight is 355 mm. The car is completely standaard with no alterations.
