within 1/2 hour of advertising some one came around and bought it.

he just looked at it and bought the car straight away. £250.

will keep an eye out for a 3door 360 know.

i tried and tried and tried! could not get the cable to go in more than 1/2 way.

so i got the one i removed and cut 1/2 the rubber of it from the end and the thing slotted straight in, still enough friction, so will not just pop out etc.

then i did this to the one i was trying to get in and its ...

i tried pushing it in for ages! it just would not go in more than half way.

2mrw i will lube it more and try again, i dnt need to open the hub do i and pull it in or anything?

thats why iam asking incase im doing it wrong.

i got the old one out and new one in like 10minutes.

But its not working because i cnt the new one to slide into the HUB. I got it out no problem at all. just pulled it straight out, how the hell do you force all that back in?

i can get it half in, should i just use lots of lube or is there a ...

not worth it mate.

they are worth between £50-£250 MAX! its going to cost you way over that to repair it.

if its a 360 they worth slightly more. still not worth it.

if my central locking on a 1.7GLE has stopped. is it common that the driver side unit has got fucked hence none of the rest work?
