To remove the resin I used a cutter.
The first photo is of a Renix I removed all resin to understand how the circuit is done.
the second and third pictures are of another Renix repaired with a resistor of 1 watt and 100kohm.

thanks to everyone for help, yesterday I tried to remove the resin under the unit and found a burnt part. I brought it from a friend who works in electronics and he replaced a resistor and ... it works :D :D :D
now I have to fill the unit with something that looks like the resin that was there.
