The car is a 5 door 1.7 340 GLS. Body colour is blue. The body is rough unless you have time and the skills. Its got a set of non-discript 5 spock alloys with good tyres. Inside its good with leather heated seats, electric windows etc.

I'm not that concerned to be honest. The GLE is fitted with a set of alloys and the clocks are a bonus. The hatch back struts work as well, no more broom handle! :shock:

I've just brought a 340 GLE. Its a bag of rust to be honest but it does contain a few bits I would like to transfer to my 34O DL, If I can?

The GLE is a five door and my DL is a three door. Are the electric window bits and pieces useable?

Asking a big favor. My 340 1.7 DL has now done 1200 miles in my ownership. However I have a small problem.

From cold it starts fine with the choke. Once warm and you take the choke off it still runs fine once you lift the rev's. In taffic it hunts and you need to catch it just right to pull away ...

For the benifit of people younger than me on this forum a wallunit is a cupboard/display case type thing. Very popular at on time.

However not waterproof!
