There's a guy here in Sweden who's made a "M48", a 6 speed (5+OD) by combining the M47 with an M46 OD! Search for DieselPacko on Yt, he took it for a testdrive in his latest video.

But it gets even better.... he has converted a B230K to a diesel engine ...
