Hi James, I asked the garage to keep everythig they took off the car - checked the car and the strut's not there! Mind you the spring had dug into the tyre and had a very sharp edge on it so it will probably be a right-off!

And bring it along to a meet one day and some of the V3M crew can have a look over it for you. Thanks for the brief ride...

Hi James , sounds like a very good idea! Yeah the front r/h spring strut collapsed today cutting into the tyre and completely shredding the inside of the tyre. The car was recovered , thanks for the help in sourcing a spring strut James! Doesn't sound like a good day for 360's in the Basingstoke ar...

Thanks Pete!

A big thanks to Pete Farrell who sold me some bits for my sick 360 (suspension coil spring collapsed). That's some collection of cars you've got Pete, that variomatic 340 was very interesting! Good to meet someone as enthusiastic about cars as I am! I'm hopefully getting the strut fitted next week -...

Welcome to the forum.

You may be able to get a good s/h wing possibly. There are a lot of 300's in the scrap yards.
Hi, thanks for the welcome, hopefully I'll find a wing in the righr colour! :D

Maybe one Sunday for an hour or two before / after a Crooked Billet meet? George Mitchell informs me that V...

Or the tags on the bumper irons could be bent, i had this! ALthough body lines are not always the best on 300's!! You can get them pretty good if you keep adjusting them though!! Adam Hi, the old gent that was the first owner of the car hit a few things so the the sides of the bumper are slightly t...
