No idea when, but as I didn't make the Peaks, I'm feeling a bit in need of a meet.
Me and Foggy were talking over the weekend, and the idea of Bletchley Park came up, I'd love to visit there, but is anyone else keen? Ball park figure of end of Feb?

Depending on how the tests I am having go, I fancy it. I could even get a mate to drive my 1.4 or the Redline, if it's done!.

Hi, another local here I have been doing that dreaded thing and spoken to a friend who used to volunteer there (Bletchley Park) The £10 admission fee is a permit for a whole year In a couple of hours it is not possible to see all of it I went once or twice The setting is amazing sort of time warp with loads of sheds and things the exhibits are numerous and spread out and it has a weird atmosphere of secrecy (Churchill was supposed to have dropped in and ordered some tennis courts for the staff there -those courts look like they have been untouched since 1945 )which is to some peoples liking I suppose. If people can afford the tenner go for it The commuter car park at Bletchley Station - 200 metres away from museum- is free Sat and Sun and has added bonus of a few trains to look at
Will come not 1st/2nd March cheers mickt

Awesome, sounds great Mick!
So, dates. March would be useful for me, as I'm away before.
I'm free
1/2
8/9
Then after Easter.
As Mick can't make the 1/2, how does the 8/9 weekend sound? And Sat or Sun for most people?

I could probably make 8/9, but not 1/2. I rather like the sound of this, would like to come if possible.

First weekend in March is the VOC AGM, so count me out then, for sure. I might be around the following weekend...
Great idea for a meet venue
cheers

Looks like we have a unanimous second weekend thing then, I'll look at the park's website later and look at opening times that weekend.
