It fits quite well. With the gas mixer on the intake hose just squeezes in

( I can see these is going to be a little rubbibg problem).
The throttle cable is off a machanical injection 240, the linkage just needs a little mod to make it hold, the peddle end is spot on.

That centre nut went on a doddle. There is a special small 8mm nut that is used. I just used a 8mm socket and on it went.
I had a problem with not not willing to idle below 1500rpm. After loads of messing about I worked out the TPS switch was holding it open.
If anyone wants to use the manifold with the std zorst then remember to blank of the bolt holes where the inlet manifold used to bolt on - or it will blow!
The main things I need to is remove the old throttle cable, re route the inlet pipes and filter and make up the spare wheel bracket.
I hope it does improve fuel consumption as its been costing a fortune in fuel!!!!!

The sinple point manfold and throttle will not fit as it is too tall. I've already looked at that one - its a no go.
The later multi point manifold point into the bulkhead so would need modding.

Yes B18U...
Well.. If it fits I will look for one, has it seems like a carb model... And probably I can't legalize the injection model here in Portugal...
But if it don't fits.. never mind

Yes the manifold was only ever fitted to very early mpi 4series. I think some similar age renaults may have also had the manifold.

The B18 E Engine had those Manifolds, about 1987-88 maybe 89 ish.
Both my F Reg 480's had the B18E which was the most Powerfull 1.7 Injection there was at 110bhp irrc.
