There used to be a black 1979 245GLE with a Rover V8 and twin pipes exiting the car via a hole in the boot floor, vertically up the 'D' pillar, and out of the roof that lived in the West Kent area many moons ago. The car also had the Richard Grant 240 bodykit with Fog and Spots in the front spoiler, and the quad rectangle headlights as fitted to N American cars. It looked and sounded evil.............

Adam, have you thought about adding a 'flame' kit to those sidepipes? I'd love to see the scene at traffic lights where you pull up alongside the local Chav and weld his mad tyte Saxo to the road........

NOOOOOO!

Dude, basic physics... Dipped beam works completely by bouncing light off the reflectors, thats why it's called *dipped*! Paint it black, and you will not see a thing in front of you. Other cars will see you, just...

However.. I'm with Rupert, stuff Bonds DB5 with tyre cutting thingies, just melt them into blowouts ;)

Chris i'm not going to paint the bloody reflectors just the white bit of inner casing you can see through the front of the lens!!!

As for the flamer kit it is a big thought at the moment!!!
Imagine at nite headlights and fogs on and a flame out each side!!!
Beast!!

AS for the otheres copying Stuntman i'm not bothered!!! I post my mods on here for a good reason. To show you what can be done and if someone coppies it then how flattering is that???

Chris... Adam is on about the interior of the headlight not the reflector itself!!

Will painting the iner casing of the headlight affect the beam atall? Because I think it'll look sweet.

I'm just trying to get my head round inner casing... *off to look at pictures*

*EDIT* Right, ok, I think you mean the two [ ] shaped bits round the outside of the reflector, like those on ebay, if you just do those bits, yeah, I'd like to see how it looks

At Adama good idea to paint a headlight of head light in black color.
I have made it after have seen the updated optics on BMW E39 black color.
Has painted inside a headlight a black and vertical element of a deflector its beginning as it does not play a role. And the deflector has left standard. In illumination of road I have not seen a difference (as shone and shine), and to be looked it became very beautiful.
It was pleasant to all.

Intersting, Omar...

I must say I do seriously like the look of the inside casing of the headlight painted black - much nicer!
