The 32/32 carb on the B14 isn't such a restriction as the 34/34 on the B200, but it's well worth getting a throttle per cylinder. Expensive though...go turbo or bigger displacement if you want progress on a budget. the 1.8 16v from a Renault 19 16v would be an awesome swap, as would the 400 series 1.7 turbo (like Huskyracer), or the Renault 21 2.0 turbo.

cheers

Hello guys.

I have a question.
I get a lot of critecisum on the V3C club about the contruction of the strut brace on my car.
They all say It wouden´t help a bit when its not on the 3 bolts.(around the strut.)
And iff it not with a srew in the mittle.
It sounds like a Saxo tuning tabloyd to me. :?
I have coppyd my strutbrace from a Daf 66 YA millitarie daf.
Its a real difference.(At least me and my mate think so.)
And i have offerd the guys the same thing for a good price.
I can go change it agian.

But i first ask you guys.
Is this construkion sound or not?

It is quite common for strut braces to mount at all points, and to have adjustment....but that doesn't mean you've done it wrong.

Hello agian.

A smal update... :D .
I´ve build a new subwoover.
Its a 80 liter cabinet bandpass with 2 12" woovers...
ITs build of 18 mm MDF and has to be carpeted jet.
But its realy loud!
I have to build a new trunk plate from wood to suport the 4x 17,5 cm mid/hi range speakers.
I have made two Speakon conectors in the side penal.
So everything will be easy to take out.

Today i wil place 4 big red rally mud guards.
I always wanted these... :P
Iam thinking about placing 4 big hella lights on an other bumper that i have.
2 on top wil be wide beamers and the two underneath wil be fog lights.
But these look the same.
Ill need to make a good braket for these lights and then i need to get the bumber sprayed in the right colour. sm69

In these folowing weeks ill be parcely rebuilding my engine agian.
I currently have fit a std. engine agian.
Ill do a engine swap in a day anyway
Ill be fitting a new camshaft.
The std. camshaft or one with 1 mm more valve lift.
I have jet to diside.
Iam also fitting a R5 GTT oil pump.
It cost almost the same and it delivers just a bit more pressure.
Iam also fitting a oilcooler with termostd.
Oil cooler is 1 from a volvo740

Pics will be on later.....

Cya guys.
