Do they fit??

Reason I ask is i'm sure the seat runners are completely flat, the same as Volvo's iirc and ideally I want some seats which are a little lower so was hoping these would plonk straight in as they're more supportive yet look very period to the car still so they don't stand out too much.

They seem cheap enough too, if not, any other suggestions? Ideally don't wanna go down the bucket route

i had ford rs recaros in my old 340
what i did was squash the original 340 rail so it was narrower and filed out the holes a bit so it would bolt staraight on the the recaro seat then welded 2 small tabs onto one side of the rail with holes so it would bolt the the floor as the rail became too narrow to fit onto the holes in the floor
that way they sit lower than the standard seat
good choice of seats btw :340:

Must say for a modern car I do like the Ignis. Heard nothing but good things regarding reliability etc. On them too! Very nippy the sport models also

Haha don't mention the Ignis sport to me... I'm feeling a 6-7yr old nippy runabout for like £1500 at the moment, great value and even Evo car magazine really rated it. Probably is I'd probably just buy another Mx5 in the end

I had RST Recaros in my Kermit thing. Lovely seat. Looked like the runners were welded in.
