Dunno man. Is it on the origonal gearbox or has it been converted from auto?
I am quite probbably wrong, but I thought there was a physical switch for the rev light when you shift into reverse gear.

Cant see the benafit in moving that off the stick-gate. Dunno why anyone would ever do it.

Sorry I cant be more help dude.

There's a small switch on the gear lever inside, under all the trim. It sometimes it stops making contact when you put it in reverse. My 340's the same, reverse lights only work when you push the gear lever sideways, a bit awkward when reversing! Should be fixable but involves a bit of fiddling about removing trim which is way someones added a switch!

Hi mate.
The bracket on your steering colome witch holds your indicator and main beam stocks is pobably broken.
This happens quite often. An e-bay breaker should have a replacement.
Remove the plastic covering around the ignition switch, remove the centre of the steering wheel, remove
nut in steering wheel and lift wheel off the colome.
Disconect indicater and wiper stocks. There is a little screw underneath the bracket witch keeps the bracket from
moving about. Take the scew out and lift old bracket out. Sometimes these can be fixed by using a thin metel
strip to strenghen them. When putting your replacement or fixed one on again, donn't forget the earth wire{brown}.
It will be atached to the screw on the indicater side.
Hope this helps.
Cheers Mark. sm4

For the reversing lights Its usually just a matter of adjusting the switch sensor on the gear lever. Its not that hard to get the leather cover off, 2 screws in the pocket and hair clip in the leather, then the rubber boot (4 plugs push out and collect below the car, use a newspaper or sheet). Early models are a little different.
