well first of all i will say what i think about the 300 series.
i dont like them all that much standard. sorry if i ofend some people. but on the up hand there a nice car to drive and economical.
so i spose you guys are thinking "why are you on our site"?
well i am a volvo mechanic. i have alot of volvos and i build fast street legal wepons out of them. one day i thought, "these 360's lets do something to them" so i am! to start my project this is what im doing..

*360GLT shell
*360 factory body kit (very rare!)
*760TURBO B230FT motor
*M46 manuel+OD gearbox
*BMW 3series diff LSD
*FMIC
*racing seats/ sports wheel/tinted windows
*240 brakes, kevlar pads
*S40 16' alloy wheels
*koni shocks/ king springs-dumped to the weeds!
*black duco

so yeah theres a bit of modifying and i thought you guys & gals might be interested. once again my hats off to you guys great site. its so good to see! any Q's i will be happy to answer!

where'd ya get a factory bodykit from?

it was imported from sweden from R sport catalog ill post pictures next week.

never new that they made a 360 auto??. its funny the parts that you guys find so rare and difficult to get are common as! and the parst that you guys see common are rare to me its weird!narely every 360 here is a glt we only have 84' model to 87'.by the way im from australia.

I'm sure you live in Australia... Ooops you said it...

we have a lot of glt's over here as well - i would say far more glts than any other 360 (although 340s are still more common)

360 auto?? news to me - i guess you could bodge it from a 240/740 but im sure the variomatic wouldnt have any of it..

Good news for everyone: we will get all the rare accessories difficult to find thanks to MJT-R 242!

Duvel why not start a forum just for 'Rare Accesories' or just 'Accesories', where we can find out whos got what, who can get what and who likes and dislikes, e.t.c. I feel a seperate forum would be best as the topic doesnt really fit well into any other catagory!

what air condtioning?? all 360's have air con here. same as they all have rev counters. so this varimatic is that an auto or somthin eles???we only got 5spd manuels here. alot of 360's came with factory sunroofs as well.unfortunitly they didt realy do to well here there is only a hand full nd the most common colored 360 here is red.name some other parts that are rare and sort after and ill tell you guys wether i got it or not. air condtioning units common as second handbut is it really worth the trouble?

Definitely worth the effort for something that rare here. There isn't really anything else you'll have that'll be rare, but you got A/C because of your climate. If you wanna ship some kits over here, I know you'd get buyers...
