Hi a quick question for those in the know!! Does anyone know if there is a differance between 60 and 40 drive shafts? Are the 60 ones any thicker?
Also can anyone clarify whether or not GLT springs are different? (Leaf springs) as i believe they are but have no guarantees!!
Cheers Adam

The drive shaft of a 360 is encased in a torque tube, 340's run normal shafts.

I'm running with 360 drive shafts becouse the gaiters on my orriginals were split. They do feel a bit heavier but the od is the same. The thing I like about the 360 drive shafts is the bolts that came with them, 10mm head bolts not hex keys.

up to 1980 is 1260mm from 1980 is 1250mm
also they are colour coded but i have no reference to what code is what

I take it this question was thinking ahead for a little engine swap.
The drive shafts should be ok for the power and the prop should be ok as long as you dont take off hard. I do have a plan on how to fix the problem with the prop.
