Choke Cable

Post by Nick C » 28 Feb 2006 01:17 pm

The choke on my 360 hasn't worked since I got it. I took it all apart this morning, to find that it has pulled out of the interference fit tube at the inside end (see photo)

Is this fixable? or do I have to replace the whole cable? If it is fixable, how?

Cheers

Nick

I bought a new cable from Volvo for about £10 a couple of years ago.

Ahhh, its that bit thats come off. Yeah, Bowden cables are annoying at the best of times, for a tenner I'd get the new one (the one that switches where the blower fan points is annoying as f*ck)

Just checked through my old bills. It was actually three years ago, but the price was only £8.30 +VAT.
