Something is missing from my boot:



It looks like I've either lost a circlip, or else there used to be a threaded shaft on there which has since snapped off. The result is that the black plastic cover keeps falling off.

Could anyone please tell me what I need? Does anyone have a spare they'd like to sell?

Hi Gavin,

Nothing missing I'm afraid, the hole in the plastic has become enlarged (the cover simply pushes on and is held by the edge of the hole snapping into the groove on the 'pin'. Remedy is use a circlip, 'C' clip, 'E' clip or dab of silicone.

If it helps, part no. of cover is 3210221.
