There are many things that can happen to the window weather seal strips. With age they normally go brittle and the edges snap off and disintegrate, or the strips tear off or break apart and lift off like yours. I need to replace them on one of my cars. Aparently Volvo only have the strips for the 3 door Volvo 300's in stock. This isn't a major problem, as they are longer, so you just need to cut them down to fit. It's worth doing to try and keep as much water out of the doors as possible to prevent corrosion.

The seals are fairly easy to fit. Only the 2 door version is availabel so you need to cut them down. Make sure you but two sets.
The job is very easy if you take the glass out as you need to hook the seal into the clips. It can be done with the glass in place as I have done it that way. It is best to use some sealant to lock the strip in.

I know how to fit them, but there is no way for me to find those things in Serbia. Is it posible that anyone of you buy it for me. Please, tell me the price and I would send you money in advanced.

The problem is, once you take the price of the part, insured postage and bank charges into account you could probably buy an entire car for that money.
Do you know anyone in a country with a Volvo main dealer who could help you out? Or perhaps another Serbian V3M forum member?

Mine are the same.I squirted black mastic gutter sealant (non hard stting type)into the channel in the plastic seal to reinforce them and divert the water outwards.
340 also leak into the car if you park on a sideways slope and the bonnet leaks over the fusebox!
Hope it rains less than England
