You're best off doing it yourself, you'll learn loads that way! It is handy having someone who 'knows' what they're doing to help though. Have you got a Haynes manual for the car? It pretty much explains the front springs in there. Grill, should be common sense. Blocks - again, you can probably work it out from diagrams in Haynes. Have you got a decent set of tools? That makes the biggest difference, in my experience!
