hi guys im new here and i've had my 340 1.4 for about a month now i've come here from the vw scene (so be nice lol) and i was just wondering as i've been reading alot of threads saying there's no lowering kits for a 340 so what is the best way to get mine lowered 1 maybe 2 inches??

You can but they will need clamping in the seats if you do. Escort lowering blocks will fit with a bit of modification. Classicswede is a forum member.

Sourcing straight bolts as escort bolts are hooped for the round axle.
Then you should be good man.

Pin in the centre of them is too big for volvo axle. And yes replacement bolts.
