i will shortly be replacing the head gasket on my 340 dl (b14) just wondered if anyone had any suggestions for anything else i should consider doing while i have it apart ......any other gaskets/parts i should check/replace for example?

While it's off decoke the pistons and valves, grind the valves in to make them seat better and replace the valve stem oil seals.
