Agliment of the rear axle, would you be interested in a kit?

For many reasons I want to adjust the rear axle, toe and camber. I've already worked out how its gonna be, but if there are enough people how would like to buy a kit, I maybe let a lot of sets CNC be made. It would be a complete kit, wich fits stock axle, no modifications needed. Adjustment does'nt have any limits.

So its the way to agline the rear axle on a road or motorsport car.

Please let me know. Can't say any prices yet, but the more people they want, the cheaper it will be. When I have an indication of how many sets, I can give a indication of a price.

sounds like a good plan the only way i think oyu oculd do it is cut the axle in half and make a cnc bolt in spacers as such but with
different angles so it gives ur more/less camber and toe
but as allways comes down to how much

no this doesn't involve cutting the axle or any welding!!!

it really is as Frits says, no modifications needed

Agree'd, a way of getting rid of it on sagged axles would make the cars handle soooo much better

lol, i'm not that overly fussed with the handling, but mine is getting a full strip down this summer, and personly, i love cars with a shitload of the negative stuff. lol

Ok so how is it done or it is a big secret?

To be honest I just want stock angles + a stronger axle, but cutting is the only way I can see.

When I got a sample made, I'll let you know guys. No cutting or welding. It's a decent solution.

Kinda hack-job way is to put proper size spacers/washers between the axle and the hub so that way you can adjust camber and also wheel alignment at the rear axle.

Maybe Frits' part is a proper adjustment bit for that section or something similiar. :P

im sorry to tell you this but its nothing new alot of golfs have been running spacer on there axles
to gain more camber to tuck there wheels in if you didn't already now this and it is a bit of a bodge doing this
as the hole hub is not in contact with the axle

+ the rear drive introduces a load of additional forces (that bends the axle in the first place).
