Original 345-striping like fitted on this car?
http://www.volvo300mania.com/spgm/gal/G ... b0002b.jpg
Could you please take some close-up photos for me? It would be great if you could give me the sizes/measures of this striping because I want to have it reproduced.
There's no hurry, but this summer I'd like to have it reproduced. I know a company which is able to do so, but they need the sizes/close-up pictures.
Thanks in advance!

Hi JDT.
I will get some mesurements nearer the time and get them too you.
Hi Ben.
I have found a car graphics firm that will put them on properly.
They have a work shop that has the correct temperature inside.
I am scared of screwing it up myself
Cheers Mark.

Good thinking sir.
If you spray a solution of fairy liquid/water onto the car first youd be able to move them round on the car, and squeegie any air bubbles out. Whet it fully dries itll be stuck fast.
Thats how i did the Backflash on the Vario rear screen anyway.
Might be a bit of a job on something the size of the whole car though.!
Get some pics when its done dude.

Hi all.
I have now found, thanks to trabitom in Germany, a set of mk1 alloys for the 345.
These would not have been found without Toms help.
One wheel was in Austria, one in Germaney and two in Holland.
They will get a refurb and go on the car in a month or two.
Again thanks trabitom {LEGEND}
Cheers Mark.

I had a go cleaning mine on the Mk1 last weekend. With a toothbrush

Didn't do that much good, the oil and muck is pretty ingrained into the wheel. Laquer peel on some of the rims too.
I look forward to see how yours turn out - I might be tempted to look into getting mine done as well ...
Cheers
