There are 4 screws underneath i think, they're meant to be a pain to do.

4 bolts, they are usually rusty but will come out with a bit of force. Plenty of space to do that. Getting them back in is a pain though, I only managed 2 last time.

I went dwn side of a truck just before xmas I was luck with the bolts on bumper mine been greased up so no rust
