This question has probably bin asked a thousand times but i couldnt find an aswer anywhere so i'll just ask.
I'm going to change my front dampers, and i wonder how i get them out of the sylinder? are they screwed in place or just push-in? im replacing with the spax dampers from Dai, btw. oh and it's a 86 344 1998cc (if that sort of thing matters.)

You need to undo the big top nut on the strut case and then just pull everything out and tip the oil out.
