You can use stock springs or lowering springs, there is no limits with these shocks. Some aftermarket shocks can't be used with very low springs, but I have been told that these Koni shocks will work ok and won't wear any faster when using lowering springs.

We have now 12 interested, 4 of them maybe. If I can arrange some extra money, then I can buy 2 sets and there is not many more needed.

I still would like to keep this ordering on hold until April so all can get moneys saved and perhaps more have change to order shocks, what do you think about from it?

April sounds better for me too :D Even better that you can use a variety of spring combinations!

April's OK by me. So they are compatible with lots of different springs, but are they adjustable for normal driving use so you get a comfortable drive on motorways?

Edit: all Konis are adjustable apparently

Good point.. what sort of ride quality can be had out of them? Ideally want them pretty firm for good cornering and soft enough to iron out bumps... although that might be tough to meet!

And what about the insurance company? DO I need to tell them, particularly as these are going to be a fetching yellow/red?

Really?? Seeing as theyre replacement parts....

Do you have to tell them when you fit Monroe shocks instead of Volvo OEM parts...

If you are going to do the bartering yourselve... Is is possible to have the rear shocks fitted with stiffer springs... the standard "blades" are pretty weak...

What is it whit UK insurance and customizing cars...?

technically yes. although it would be easy to play the fool and claim they were on the car when you brought it.

i'm most certainly interested in a pair of adjustable rears for my 360GLT
the price $250, what currency is this in, so i know how much to put aside. If these are definately adjustables and can handle a 30mm lowering kit, put my name down.

About Au$460+freight. Sounds good. I'm prettywell certain on getting a set, i've sent an email to find out what freight costs are involved for me. Also how do we pay for them, cheque, creditcard, paypal, something else?

Good news and bad news, goods are that we have almost enough people on list :)

Bad news then. Wielhoven mailed that I should order all shocks and then mail them to you, also he would like to have 50% from total sum before he orders shocks from Koni. No any other problem but I have not seen 1000 euros on my account in very looong time. I can have 300-350 euros available at April, but with my income it is about that. Now I'm hoping to find some other way around.

One could be that if we all pay shocks advance but I'm not sure if Wielhoven would like to send packets all around the world, I have not yet asked, just mailed him that I will look solution.

All suggestions are welcome.
