CV boots on ebay + top spring plate?

Just tried buying CV boots from ebay, not a good experience;

J&R BK40 - Rubber seems good quality but has a large metal back that holds it on with the bolts such that changes the design strength. Probably ok but too different for my restoration.

Motaquip VCV270 - Seems ok, but only 1 left

Bailcast DBC100 stretchy - Too big, 80mm large end to fit 52mm rim.

ECP next, Incidentally anyone know what this part on ECP is:

'SKF Top Strut Mounting Kit (Front Axle) Part No.: 669750010 '

If its a top spring plate, we can knock out another special part that is NLA from anyone.

More likely to be the SKF bearing set VKD 35012 T under a ECP barcode.

I might have a boot kit or two knocking around, I'll have look for them if you like.

I was coming to that conclusion too, since SKF mostly do bearings. Can't get ECP on the phone and their web chat is useless, past caring now.

ECP website is a steamin' pile o'cack. Ditto GSF.

Where do they get these programmers from?
