ok i looked around on the site i cant find any pictures or a right up. so was looking for some pics and help i have never done anything with shocks except replace them. and i wont to know how to re fill my front shocks with thicker oil and what oil to use etc etc etc any info would help thanks

Just fit a new insert cartridge, KYB or something. The old cars with the non-inserts can just use inserts aswell.
