hi all. looking at lowering the front of my track car by machining my front shock until I can find a local shortened shock if not a classicswede. and using a strut sleve kit but not too sure what spring rate to look into seen people talking about 3-400 LBS some saying higher. so anyone that has slammed there Volvo could you inform me on what you found to ride nice

cheers Malcolm

Bout time you showed up again. are you gonna get your springs sent away and re set? that's what I'm looking at doing with my spares. just to make the front as stiff as the back for when that turbo's on. I'll be looking between 3-400 as it'll be a road car.
