340 Lowered springs actual length?

Cant get on dai website, so if hes lurking or if anyone else could help please do.

Got lowering springs with my 340 but unsure how low they are, would anyone have the measurements of the -30/50/75mm springs so i know what im dealing with. if its 30mm will i still need the shortened inserts?

I think they were -30mm springs and -50 blocks for rear.
