rear leaf springs

hello to all
is there any difference between model years or/and installed engines/gearboxes - i mean in leaf actual sizes - thickness?
any info is welcome

Yeah there are differencies between 340 and 360 (ride hight mostly I think, maybe stiffness too) and 360GLT leafs differ from the "normal" 360. (~2cm lower) I also think that Australia got heavy duty leafs. I can check VADIS for part numbers later, I'm at the uni right now. :P

Fuse is right about 360 ones being a little stiffer and lower. You do you to watch though as many cars have has the springs changed at some point.

Yeah Dai is right, check the part number if you can, normally in the rear hanger area on the return curve of the spring near the rear valance, a bit of a standing on your head trick! GLT springs are the lowest and stiffest springs.

dose any thing chang thu out the years? mine is a 1984 from australia
