You can get an OMEX rev limiter for about £80 - £90 which just simply wires to either side of the coil and an earth, you set what RPM you want it to limit at and choose between 'soft' and 'hard' limit. You can also get the same one with shift lights or launch control for a few quid more. Mine used to shoot flames ...

Some of the renix units have electronic limiters. The B19's tended to use a centrifugal spring thing on the disty rotor arm.
I'm not 100% sure but would expect an 86 B200 to have an electronic limit.

You have a good thing there with no sill rev limiter and you want to spoil that?
I would normally be pulling any rev limiter off

The engine is safe to rev all the way to valve bounce if you can get it that far so no danger of over revving.
No rev limit makes over taking safer etc as you can take the revs a little higher if need be rather wasting time with a gear change.
Rev limiters cause backfires on LPG
The biggest reason for modern engines having a rev limit is more about making sure the fuel injectors do not reach maximum duty cycle.
Rev limiters also make a horrible sound
