Post by monka » 18 Oct 2009 07:01 pm

took a trip to see my 340 last night, its in the external car park from the garage i brought it from while i sell my current car.

was going over everything, and noticed my heated seats werent really working in either position.

which is on, pressed down at the back or at the front?
also found out my starter motor is buggered. lol. how easy are they to change

Heated seat switches are on when rear is down. Starter motor is very easy to remove, but would be worth checking the connections and the solenoid first.

heated seats.. the thermostat or even the heater matrix can go just from too much bum action. Most older cars didn't have the switch, they usually stopped working within the first 5-10 years.
