twin cam help please with transplant into 360glt

ive just got my hands on a twin cam engine and want to know how hard would it be to put it in the 360 i have got the whole car so ecu and harness will be coming out any reply will be great sm4 340pw thanks boys

yes its a B234F in the proses of pulling it out of a 740
