Hi all!
Just joined the forum as I've recently bought my first 360, a 360 GL -86 with the B200K.
A previous owner has been fiddling under the bonnet, so I'd need some assistance with some of the hoses.
The vacuum connction between the carb and the Renix ignintion module is not connected so could someone please tell me where it should be connected? It seems as there should be a T-coupling at the end of the hose from the ignmodule (it's been broken on mine), where should the other connections go?
Also from the temperature compensator on the carb (Solex CISAC) a hose is running that ends in thin air, any ideas where it should go? (I think it should be connected to the cooling system, or should it just "sniff" the ambient temperature?)
Some pics would be nice...
Sorry if my english is poor, I'm a bit out of practise.
B200K connections carb/ignition & other
Hose from temperature compensor does not connect to anywhere. My temeperature compensor was not working, full of sand, so i cleaned and installed fuel filter to hose, now it won't get filled with sand anymore.
I'm not sure but wasn't vacuum hose connected into carb, to side that faces towards engine block?

Thanks for the info jtbo, I found the connection for the ignition vacuum, it was a T that was connected to the carb at one end and to a black "thing" with several vac hoses running to/from it under the air filter. What is that "thing"?
Now I hope to get my fuel consumption down from the present 12l/100km to a more managable 8-9...

My car drinks 11-18l/100km carb is shitty.
I don't have anything under airfilter box, vacuum hose goes to renix from carb, could be different version or then previous owners have been active and removed some extra parts
Problem with carb is that mixture is too lean, goes rich only when I gently brake with engine. Well, not problem very long, soon changing few parts and then I test how far I can throw that carb

The Solex carbs are crap. Mine isn't set up quite right, but it was correctly adjusted a month or two ago, and it's slipped. Mine is worst when using the choke. I think today was a bad example, but I had to pull over twice, as it was either flooding, or not having enough choke. Luckily I have ADDHE hotness waiting for me
