Yep they did but you haven't got a chance of finding one really, very damn rare! (about 3 or 4 of them on the forum and a few of those belong to one guy that races). The only answer really is to just weld it,

One solution is to modify 200-series differential gears and lsd to fit 300-serie differential, second is to make 200-series differential with lsd to fit 300-serie with adapter plate and some mods.
Or you could by my car it comes with lsd, but that may be bit expensive for you
