fuel tank
What do you mean by this question?
Fueltank in 340 is behind rearaxle / under trunk and it is easy to remove, just 4 bolts
Fueltank in 360 is in top of transmission and to remove it you have to take off transmission. Its bit harder to do

Let me guess, it's got the rot on the top?
Not a tricky task AFAIK. My garage did it pretty quickly when welding Nessy for the MOT.
cheers

Sounds like it may be the pipe that goes to the expansion tank. I can't put more than 20 ish in Kar, and really need to get involved and sort it. Havn't seen if Fake leaks yet

Its not the pipes, its the hoses coming from the fuel sender in the top of the tank and also the vent pipes that go to the expansion tank in the boot. All these need changing. Gemma I'm not sure whether your car will have the expansion tank in the boot or not but it will have vent hoses and those will need doing.
You won't need to drop the tank for this problem, but do wait until its below half full and the car hasn't recently run.
Buy fuel injector hose of the correct diameter. Its made of better and thicker rubber and will last the lifetime of the car rather than the cheapy rubbish that's on there that only lasts about a year before it leaks again.
Oh also get yourself a good supply of fuel line clips ideally, or at a push jubilees cos they'll be full of the good ol' Volvo one piece jobbies.
