I managed to bend feeler that is top of this lever, I bended it many times actually but did not manage to get constant resitance readings, now it does not work even as well as at beginning, even it had hiccups at beginning too.
Could that got broken if it touches that surface with lines and when I did connect connector to it? Should there be little gap?
I'm not familiar with this type of resistor and so I don't know how this should work, normal potentiometer has connection, but this I don't know, it had little gap at beginning, but axle is bit loose so it could also touch that surface.
Hope you understand something as I don't know all words

I took horns of the bull and took it in to house, then I took it apart to small parts, I noticed that there was lot of black dust so cleaned, sandpapered oiled and cleaned, bended that part so that there is firm contact, assembled and now it get strong signal.
Resistance is between 243ohms (tank empty), 34ohms (tank full), don't know if values are ok?
Haynes instruction nuber 6 says "Check the float is sound..." I don't understand at all, I know what is floating and I know that float is that ball shaped part that floats, I know what sound is like making sound, but here I have no idea, maybe that word has some other meaning?
Anyway, I'm back to test how it works out now.

that's the stupid english double meaning.
'Sound' in this sense, means 'OK' ie: not damaged.

I did also bend arm a bit so floater is floating around height of filter when fuel gauge needle is near foggy symbol
I'm very happy, student light is now lit too, I think I have now around 3-4cm of fuel when it is lit, don't know how much that would be in litres, I hope that is enough for 50-100km. Need to fill my foggy can tomorrow so I can do little road side activity if my estimate is wrong
Apoligizy to foggy, could not resists
