Rocker cover/carb/air box breather pipe connection

Hi,

Can anyone help? There is a bit missing from my engine and I was wondering if anyone could send me a photo of theirs, so I know what I'm looking for? It's the 1986 1.4 Auto and I have a black hose that comes from the bottom of the carb around to the rocker cover. At the rocker cover end, there is a short length of smaller diameter hose coming off the main one. It looks as though the main hose should have some sort of 'T' connector to allow the rocker cover breather stub, the carb and the air box hoses to all be connected, but it's not there! Also not sure where the short, small one fits in.

Any help would be very welcome as I can't find anything in the Haynes Manual and it's tucked under the air box so quite hard to see on photos of other peoples engines

Ta very much :D

Well in you look in the Technical resources & information of the forum, there are Volvo "Green" books. There's also a Guide to Continuously Variable Transmission (C.V.T.) / Variomatics, and a supplement to owner's manual Volvo 340 automatic tranmission booklet

Useful diagnostic information can be found in the CVT Diagnostic Manual
