will a diff/gearbox out of a 340 fit a 360?

its mainly the diff im after....

Generally yes, but you have to swap the front part of the gearbox over to fit the 360 torque tube and drive shaft. The 360 mounts to the car on the diff in different holes so check these are available/threaded and clean out the mud.
