Fuel fiiler in cap surround-how fixed in?

Trying to remove the plastic fuel filler surround (the bit the filler cap actually screws into which is fixed in the rear wing) any ideas how it's fixed? Need to get it off the parts GLS. Only way I can think is that it's screwed into the inner part. Haynes is clear as mud.

you need to remove everything on the inside first incl the hoses attached to the filler, remove the filler cap and then there are 4 plastic hooks holding the thing in, you can press them inwards from the inside then the thing pops out. fitting them is just a mather of pushing them in and the're in place

Thanks for that! Been fiddling with it for a while now....need 2 pairs of hands to press 4 lugs in, it's out now! I couldn't see them as I was to lazy to fix up a light where I'm working outside.
