Oil filters for F7P/F7R

My F7P is ready for an oil change, but I'm not sure what oil filter to use.
From reading information on various Renault forums there doesn't seem to be a correct filter that is available anymore.
From what I've read it seems the correct specification Renault filter with anti-drain is NLA (Mann 75/2) and has been replaced with an more restrictive generic Renault filter (Mann 75/3). Does anybody know if this is correct?
The Champion F136 was the next best thing, but this is also NLA.
I have a feeling someone told me that the standard metric Volvo ones fit, is this right and are they better than the new genuine Renault part from a restriction point of view?
