Hello

Would like to change the standard air filter unit for an aftermarket air filter/induction kit on my 1.7 340.
What are my options?
What setups have people tried that work well?
Will the carb need rejetting?

I'm not bothered about power gain...just want it for the sound (there...I said it!! )

Not sure about the aftermarket options but maybe you could try fitting a big round American v8 housing and filter. My Brother did that on his Capri and it looked good and worked fine!

So I took the stock air filter housing out just to see how I would fit the new air filter (looked into the round barrel type air filters like you suggested. Might be a possibility to go down that route).
Just wanted to know how have people made them fit around the carb?
Would welcome some suggestions.
