360 choke cable fitting advice please

Hi there all

I have a volvo 360 gls 2 litre 1984. Choke cable has snapped, can anyone give me any advice as to how to fit a new one?

Undo the two clamps that hold inner and outer cables to carb.and the one on the valve cover. unscrew choke knob and bottom steering column cover.Pull wires off cable switch and unscrew nut that holds cable to ignition switch bracket.Remove cable from inside car. New one goes back same way. pull inner cable through last clamp and hold choke flap open while tightening
