I'm looking for some info.
I've found a Company who dilivers sportcamshafts for B14 engines.
The idea is that they regrind your "old" camshaft into a sportier shape.
Fore more valve lift and different valve timing.
The camshaft is also "hardened".
Cost: 160 Euro
here's the site.

This are the two from which i have to pick one.

"Sporty" is ok but will the engine run good on lower rpm,s on this one?
5500310
A save choice but a bit "tame" only more valve lift.
5500315
Not realy a choice to much valve lift.

I'm alraidy letting the cill.head be grinded +- 0,8 mm getting the compr.be set to 10.5:1
that would be giving the 4 pistons a headake

All of these can be used with std valve springs.
Any tips and advise are welcome!
