I've done a little camshaft research.
Firstly, the B200F has an M cam...which is a lot softer than the A cam, and will account for most of the power drop from the B200E to the B200F. Kiss it Hugh
Secondly, I've looked into this B200K L & Y cam business. I think I've cracked it. B200Ks had L cams when they were high compression, and Y cams (fair bit hotter) when they were low compression, which would account for the relatively small drop in power from high to low compression - and a relatively large drop in compression it is too!

For natural aspired engine almost all Volvo cams are weak or just so. But maybe better keep mild cam if one has B200K and daily use. At some point I'm looking something really wild as my car will see lot of track driving, actually I have car only because I like from speed and specially braking zone and turn in

So no problem if car is shit to drive in traffic
