high spec mk2 3 door..

I have a VOLV0 340 GL Limited Edition for sale. 104400 miles, 3 door hatch, E/W, C/L, original alloy wheels and radio cassette. Starts first time. I have replaced the rear hatch struts. The lower edge of the front valance is rusting and needs replacing/repairing, the sun roof does not work and is rusted and the driver's door is rusting along the bottom edge of the window. She is taxed until end of May and MOT'd until Dec. I am selling her as i need a 4 door vehicle with power steering which I have now acquired. Car registered in April 1985.

Hi ya, no photos yet (will have a go and get some on the digicam). the side indicators are on the wing and the colour is a metallic blue with blue interior.

Is that really a Mk2? It's extremely rare for a Mk2 to have electric goodies like that.

maybe they were trying to get shot of all the old mk2s??

So what are the chance of this being a 1.4 5spd? I'm assuming that it would be if this is a Mk2 GL. I know of someone who wants a 1.4 5spd 340 so I'll point them this way.

I'd be pretty certain its a 5 speed.. I think all GL's and above were by 1985. Only the DL, poverty spec cars were 4 speed til around 1988.
