Apparently it's a prototype stage/test batch of a 16V R-Sport head and five of these Raceman heads are known to exist nowadays.
A pretty cool piece of the Volvo racing history.
The engine features also other kinda rare R-Sport stuff. Text says the engine has never been started in it's current form with the 94mm stroke (2.7l), but supposedly it was ran sometimes in the early 80's with 92mm stroke. The engine has also the R-Sport dry sump system.
